Description

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location: Sunnyside, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide nursing care on a Medical Surgical unit.
Requires 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Additional Information

Orientation and fit testing will be conducted onsite.
Pro-Act certification is required within 6 months if working in Behavioral Health (not specified for this role).
Candidates must sign Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements before starting.
Background checks and verifications must be completed within 30 days of start date.
No prior travel experience explicitly required.
