Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Shift Details
- Night shift, 8 hours per day (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM)
- 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
Job Description
- Work in Long Term Care / Transitional Care setting
- Patient ratios range from 1:15 to 1:25
- Floating required: typically 3 shifts (24 hours) in Transitional Care Unit (TCU), remaining shifts floating to other areas
- Block scheduling accommodations available
- Locals within 50 miles accepted
- No more than 3 days of Return to Office (RTO) during assignment
- No travel pairs accepted
- Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of LPN / LVN experience, including experience within the last year
- At least 1 year of total travel experience
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- IV Certification
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting
- IV experience including starting IVs and IV pump operation
- Central line blood draw and dressing change experience
