Description

Physical Therapist Position - Kentucky

Job Details

Location: Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shift
Work Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime: Must be approved by director before working any OT hours
Float: No floating to other clinics

Patient Population

Typical orthopedic cases
TMJ and dizziness patients
Post-operative patients

Productivity Expectations

60 patient visits per week
12-14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Required Qualifications

Must have prior experience (new graduates not accepted)
First-time travelers not accepted
Outpatient experience preferred

Notes

Local candidates (within 50 miles) will have a different base rate (not disclosed here)
