Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care
Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Full Time, PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every Other Weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Job Summary
- Assess and administer medications to residents following the 5 Rights.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse and update physicians and family members as needed.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership.
- Assist CNAs with call lights and other duties.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN/LVN experience, including experience within the last year.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long term care settings.
Additional Information
- Position is in a long-term care setting.
- PM shift with every other weekend schedule.
