Description

Registered Nurse – Med Surg/ED Nights

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide nursing care for Spine/Orthopedic Post-Op patients with an emphasis on Medical/Surgical care.
Patient ratio is 1 nurse to 5 patients.
Must work holidays; no holiday requests off allowed.
COVID-19 vaccination required per state mandate.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 4 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Experience with Orthopedics and Spine/Orthopedic Post-Op patients
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC

Housing

Possible shared 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment available.
No pets and no smoking allowed in housing.
Housing available starting the day before the scheduled start date.
Rent will be paid by the employer.

Additional Information

Night shift position requiring 36 hours per week.
