Description

Surgical Technician - OR

Location: Williamantic, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

On-call required: typically 1 day during the week and about every 5th weekend, depending on staffing levels.
Must be within a 30-minute response time to the hospital while on-call (from satellite location).
Shift: AM

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
Experience with General Surgery, Total Joints (MAKO), Spine (Globus), Urology, Endoscopy, Cystoscopy, and Gynecology procedures.
CST (Certified Surgical Technician) certification required.

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Recent experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist within the last year.
Experience as an Endoscopy Technician.
