Description
Respiratory Therapist - Days
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Work 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends.
- No on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year.
- Current American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Experience working with neonate and pediatric patients.
- Strong critical care and ventilator skills and experience.
Additional Requirements
- Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility (Radius Rule).
- Must comply with Colorado CAPS registration requirements (may take up to two weeks to obtain).
- Ensure accurate Social Security number and date of birth to avoid onboarding delays.
Housing
- Newly remodeled studio apartments available nearby for travelers (fully furnished, includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry).
- No pets allowed. No deposit required.
Hours
- Approximately 36 hours per week.
