Location: Everett, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapy position
- Worksite: Pacific Campus (Pavilion for Women and Children) with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU
- Facility is a Level II Trauma Center with 571 staffed beds across campuses
- Charting system: EPIC
- Scrub color: Any except reddish orange
- Parking cost: Paid by facility
Schedule
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days x 8 hours)
- Total hours per week: 40
- Weekends: Not required
- Float: Not required
- Guaranteed hours: Clinician may be called off for one 8-hour shift every two weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Occupational Therapist license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- NBCOT certification
Additional Information
- No prior travel experience required
- Facility uses EPIC for documentation
- Allied professional certification verification required as per standard guidelines for Occupational Therapists
