Description
MRI Tech - Radiology
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 36
Call Requirements:
- After hours and weekend rotation
- 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
Job Description
- Provide timely MRI imaging services to inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
- Ability to adjust imaging parameters for studies of soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without contrast media.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MRI Technologist license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Magnetic Resonance Technologist (MRT) certification
Additional Information
- No floating required.
- Blocked schedules and 48-hour shifts cannot be accommodated.
- EMR system used: Medhost.
- Scrubs not provided.
