Shift Details

Night shift only
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

Position floats internally between departments; flexibility required
Weekend work required every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
No on-call required
Expected patient ratios follow Respiratory Therapist matrix
Staff considered variable for the unit, including full-time employees
Assignment confirmed 1-2 weeks in advance
High probability of multi-contract extension opportunity
48-hour shifts are not approved

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience within the last year
Minimum of 1 year of experience in NICU respiratory therapy
Experience working with adult patients
Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license (RRT)
Respiratory Therapist experience overall
