Work Schedule
- Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Every other weekend required per collective bargaining agreement
- No on-call required
- No block schedules required
Job Description
- Position requires floating internally between units; flexibility is essential
- Staffing is variable shift for the unit, with attempts to maintain consistent schedules during the contract
- Patient ratios depend on campus acuity
- Reduced Non-Billable Orientation: 0 hours instead of standard 40 hours
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
- Competency with Nitric Oxide, Jet, and Oscillator ventilation
- Respiratory Therapist experience
