Work Schedule

Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Every other weekend required per collective bargaining agreement
No on-call required
No block schedules required

Job Description

Position requires floating internally between units; flexibility is essential
Staffing is variable shift for the unit, with attempts to maintain consistent schedules during the contract
Patient ratios depend on campus acuity
Reduced Non-Billable Orientation: 0 hours instead of standard 40 hours

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
Competency with Nitric Oxide, Jet, and Oscillator ventilation
Respiratory Therapist experience
