Description

Registered Nurse - Radiology (Travel)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Department: Interventional Radiology
Number of Beds: 2 IR Suites (Single Plane and Bi-Plane)
Staff: 5 nurses, 5 techs
Equipment: Philips Bi-Plane, GE Monitoring, GE Mac Lab
EMR System: Meditech

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
36 hours per week
1 weekend per month required
1 call night per week required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, including experience within the last year
Experience in Procedural Departments, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or with Moderate Sedation
ACLS certification
BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Moderate Sedation
Experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab
