Registered Nurse – ER (Emergency Room)

Location: Hillsboro, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 shifts of 12 hours)

Job Description

• Work in the Emergency Room with Med/Surg float responsibilities.
• Start date: July 24.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

• Blocked scheduling (grouping shifts together) is allowed.
• First-time travelers are acceptable if they have ER experience, but not preferred.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
