Registered Nurse – ER (Night Shift) – Topeka, Kansas
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night (3 shifts of 12 hours each; 18:45 to 7:15)
- Hours per Week: 36 (option for 36 or 48 hours)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Location: Within a 50-mile radius of Topeka, Kansas (local candidates not accepted)
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts per contract
- Charting System: Epic (experience required)
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with Epic charting system
