Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Shift: AM
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with floating managed by a pod structure.
- Care for patients post-Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), specifically Day 1 or Day 2 post-op.
- Cardiac nursing experience required (focus beyond telemetry).
- Experience with pacemakers is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arkansas
- Minimum 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience caring for patients post-Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), specifically Day 1 or Day 2 post-op
- Cardiac nursing experience beyond telemetry focus
