Outpatient Physical Therapist - Ohio
Job Details
- Location: Zanesville and Coshocton, Ohio
- Employment Type: Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- 8-hour day shifts with varied start times
- Weekend call rotation required
- Work Sites: Two locations - outpatient rehab and medical center
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Job Description
- Provide adult outpatient physical therapy focusing on:
- Orthopedics
- General medical/surgical conditions
- Neurological diagnoses
- Specialty services include:
- Concussion management
- Vestibular therapy
- Lymphedema treatment
- Pelvic control therapy
- Dry needling
- Training and initial orientation provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
- At least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical conditions, and neurological diagnoses
- BLS certification
Additional Information
- Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and approved at submission; no post-confirmation changes allowed
- Agency contracts must exactly match the confirmed start/end dates and RTO to maintain vendor status
Notes
- No option for a 4-day workweek; must work 5 days
- Weekend call rotation is part of the schedule
