Job Opportunity: Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

• Pediatric Echo Tech position with a focus on Neonate Echo experience.
• Call required, including weekend and evening call rotation with full-time staff.
• No float or weekend shifts required outside of call rotation.
• Position requires working within a 50-mile local radius; local candidates are not accepted.
• Units accept first-time travelers.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pediatric Echocardiography license in New Mexico (pending NM license acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Echocardiography experience, including experience within the last year.
• Experience working with Neonate patients.
• Certification required: ARDMS or CCI.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are accepted.
• Call participation includes weekend and evening rotations but no weekend or float shifts outside of call.
• Fingerprinting must be completed onsite during orientation; clearance required before working on unit.
• Candidates must provide a clear headshot photo for badge issuance.
• Internal E-Verify and attestation requirements apply.
• References are not required for clearance but may be requested internally.
