Description

Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Assignment

Location:

Dothan, Alabama

Employment Type:

Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

Med Surg nursing role on a travel assignment.
Start date: ASAP.
Facility prefers candidates with Cerner EMR experience (preferred, not required).
Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
Facility will accept candidates with pending ACLS certification if obtained prior to start.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama.
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (must be current before start).
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

Position covers night shift with a 12-hour schedule.
