Physical Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Havre, Montana

Job Description

• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and functional limitations.
• Focus on improving patients' quality of life following injury or disease.
• Assess and treat patients considering gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.
• Work primarily in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting with occasional weekend work (1x/month) in an acute/inpatient setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is required.
• This is a travel position focused on rehabilitation therapy in a SNF environment.
