Description
Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day shifts (varies between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. The position requires recent hands-on experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting with exposure to general medical-surgical ICU practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Additional Information
- No local candidates available within 50 miles, indicating potential relocation or travel opportunity
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system in a general medical-surgical ICU setting is preferred
