Physical Therapist (PT) - Larimore, ND

Job Type

Contract position
Duration: 18 weeks

Location

Based in Larimore, North Dakota
Travel required to three Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND
Paid drive time and mileage between facilities

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours per week

Job Description

Provide rehabilitation therapy services focused on optimizing health and function
Hands-on, patient-centered care in multiple SNF settings
Onboarding period of approximately 3 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
