Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MS/Telemetry

Location: Bedford, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Unit: Adult/Geriatric MedSurg
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care
Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (17:00 - 5:30)
Hours per week: 36
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Staffing Ratio: 1 nurse to 5-6 patients
Charting System: Cerner
Scrub Color: Red top, black pants
Parking: Free

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum 1.5 years of Telemetry experience, with Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
