Description
Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Must have advanced telemetry experience and pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding.
- May be requested to float to a nearby facility within the same city.
- Experience with Cardizem and insulin drips (for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and phenobarbital on telemetry units.
- EMR experience preferred, specifically Cerner, but not required.
- First-time travelers with strong experience will be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission.
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in the specialty.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Skills checklist matching specialty required.
- NURSYS report verifying all active RN licenses must be included at submission.
- Resume must document travel experience (if applicable).
Additional Notes
- Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible for local rates.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required; first-time travelers with good experience are welcome.
