MS/Tele RN
Location
- Greensboro, North Carolina
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Travel/contract assignment
Schedule
- Nights
- 3x12s
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend
- Holidays as needed
- Float required if needed
Role Overview
- Primarily medical-surgical patient population on a telemetry-capable unit
- Travelers may float across all facilities in the health system
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge RN experience
Clinical Focus
- Observation patients
- Respiratory conditions/problems
- General medical-surgical diagnoses
- Palliative, end-of-life, and hospice patients
- Psychiatric observation
- Diabetes care, including new diabetics and patients with complications
- Surgical and surgical observation patients
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and punctuality
- Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
- Compliance must be completed by noon EST on the Wednesday before start date
