Overview
- Contract role in Hilo, Hawaii
- Specialty focus: rehabilitation therapy
- Primary setting: acute inpatient
- Secondary settings: acute rehab and ICF/SNF rehab
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Experience in a(n) Rehabilitation setting
- Experience in a(n) Post Acute setting
Schedule
- Variable schedule
- Possible shifts: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or Sunday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Assignment Length
- 26 weeks
Additional Notes
- Candidate must be able to evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients/residents and provide ongoing therapeutic physical therapy services as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist
- Travelers without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer
- Must arrive the Thursday before start for a Friday employee health appointment
