Physical Therapist

Overview

Contract role in Hilo, Hawaii
Specialty focus: rehabilitation therapy
Primary setting: acute inpatient
Secondary settings: acute rehab and ICF/SNF rehab

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Experience in a(n) Rehabilitation setting
Experience in a(n) Post Acute setting

Schedule

Variable schedule
Possible shifts: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or Sunday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Assignment Length

26 weeks

Additional Notes

Candidate must be able to evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients/residents and provide ongoing therapeutic physical therapy services as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist
Travelers without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer
Must arrive the Thursday before start for a Friday employee health appointment
