Registered Nurse

Location

Schedule

Nights, 3x12-hour shifts
19:00–07:30
Weekend coverage required
Floating required as needed

Setting

Med-surg floor
Travelers must be comfortable floating to med-surg/telemetry areas

Patient Population / Unit Focus

Vascular and urology patients
Overflow from general surgery, women’s specialty, and medicine
Non-monitor med-surgical patients

Key Responsibilities

Provide care for 5–6 med-surgical patients
Dressing changes
Care for patients with wound vacs and drains

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Urology experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Experience with Epic
