Job Overview

- Shift: Friday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
- Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Extremities imaging experience
- Abdomen/GI imaging experience
- Spine/Pelvis imaging experience
- Chest/Thorax imaging experience
- Emergency Room (ER) imaging experience
- Operating Room (OR) imaging experience
- Surgery/C-Arm imaging experience
Work Setting
- Level 1 trauma center
- Supports over 30 ORs, 6 ICUs, a 70+ bed ER, and around 700 inpatient beds

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- Transcript or diploma
- Education verification
- Physical exam
- Fit mask testing
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Drug screen
- Color blind exam
- Skills checklist
- Employment application with complete work history and explanation of gaps of 30 days or more
- Minimum of 2 recent employment references
- Facility-specific onboarding documents and acknowledgements
Additional Notes
- Call-in shifts must be made up or added to the end of the contract, depending on FTE status
