Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland

Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend
Holidays as scheduled
Floating between ED borders, extenders to MS/T, and IMC units within specialty and scope

Clinical Setting

Fast-paced, high-volume border role
Average daily census: minimum 10, up to 40
Patient care includes a wide variety of complex ED admission diagnoses
Ratio: 1:6
46 rooms

On-call shifts are not required
