Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Montana
- 5 years of pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Experience in director roles
- Proven track record of managing a 340B program, including a minimum of one full-cycle TPA software conversion/implementation
- Direct experience overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and physical build-out/expansion of a sterile compounding infusion center
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational leadership and regulatory oversight for hospital and retail pharmacy operations
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for both pharmacy licenses
- Manage pharmacy personnel, scheduling, clinical assignments, performance management, and mentorship
- Oversee operational and capital budgets, inventory, drug spend, and collaboration with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
- Lead implementation of 340B TPA software, including data feeds, mapping, split-billing, and NDC configuration
- Expand contract pharmacy agreements within the local county footprint
- Establish internal auditing, data validation, and compliance processes for audit readiness
- Oversee expansion of sterile compounding cleanrooms and ambulatory infusion services
- Coordinate with billing and finance teams on J-code alignment, prior authorization workflows, and reimbursement

Additional Notes
- The assignment may be canceled for up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or other unforeseen circumstances
- Option to extend or transition to permanent placement
