Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in Montana
• 5 years of pharmacist experience
• Pharmacist experience within the last year
• Experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in director roles
• Proven track record of managing a 340B program, including a minimum of one full-cycle TPA software conversion/implementation
• Direct experience overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and physical build-out/expansion of a sterile compounding infusion center

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational leadership and regulatory oversight for hospital and retail pharmacy operations
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for both pharmacy licenses
• Manage pharmacy personnel, scheduling, clinical assignments, performance management, and mentorship
• Oversee operational and capital budgets, inventory, drug spend, and collaboration with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
• Lead implementation of 340B TPA software, including data feeds, mapping, split-billing, and NDC configuration
• Expand contract pharmacy agreements within the local county footprint
• Establish internal auditing, data validation, and compliance processes for audit readiness
• Oversee expansion of sterile compounding cleanrooms and ambulatory infusion services
• Coordinate with billing and finance teams on J-code alignment, prior authorization workflows, and reimbursement

Additional Notes

• The assignment may be canceled for up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or other unforeseen circumstances
• Option to extend or transition to permanent placement
