Nuclear Medicine Tech

Job Overview

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Call: Every 5th weekend and 4–6 evening call shifts per month
Contract length: 13 weeks
Eligibility: Traveler’s permanent address must be more than 100 miles from the central facility address in Columbus, Ohio

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
Positron Emission Tomography Technologist experience
ARRT (N) or NMTCB
Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Ohio
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Job Details

Common procedures include cardiac studies, HIDA scans, bone scans, thyroid scans, and other nuclear medicine scans
Scrubs: charcoal grey
Level I trauma center and magnet hospital
