Location
- Berlin, Maryland
Contract
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Rotating weekday call from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Occasional weekend call may be required
- Rotating late assignment to cover a second room until finished
Role Summary
- Coordinates and oversees patient care throughout the surgical experience
- Supports preoperative verification, intraoperative operating room management, real-time documentation, team communication, patient advocacy under anesthesia, postoperative handoff, and room turnover
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- Perioperative experience
Additional Details
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation
- Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
- Scrubs provided
- Local candidates are not accepted; 100-mile radius restriction applies
- Client may call off or cancel up to 12 hours per 13-week assignment
