Location: Sunnyside, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Overview

• Medical Surgical registered nurse role.
• Start-ready licensure is required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Med Surg (2 years of experience).
• Med Surg experience within the last year.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• 10-year criminal background check.
• Washington State Patrol/WATCH search.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check.
• HHS/OIG check.
• Education verification.
• 3 recent employment references.
• Employment application.
• Photo for badge.
• Code of Conduct acknowledgement.
• New Employee Information Sheet.
• Student and Contractor Onboarding.
• Statement of Confidentiality.
• Confidentiality and Use Agreement.
• Acknowledgement Badge Form.

Health Requirements

• Physical health statement signed by a physician within 1 year of start.
• Fit testing with N95 mask.
• Tdap vaccine or signed declination.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• TB questionnaire.
• Measles immunity documentation.
• Mumps immunity documentation.
• Rubella immunity documentation.
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation.
• Varicella immunity documentation.
• 12-panel drug screen.
• Flu vaccination or declination by 11/01.
