Description

Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech

Location

Dayton, Ohio

Travel/Contract

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
On-call: 1 day per week and every 4th weekend (Friday 3 PM – Monday 7 AM)

Job Description

Must have open heart surgical experience.
Flexibility to work across multiple surgical service lines including general, gynecology, vascular, urology, podiatry, orthopedic, and spine.
The CVOR team floats between two hospital campuses.
Certified Surgical Technologist preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, or 10 or more years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
CVOR Technologist (10 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
Open heart surgery experience
Flexibility to work across multiple surgical service lines (general, gynecology, vascular, urology, podiatry, orthopedics, spine)

Certification

BLS issued by American Heart Association
CST or NCCT
