Medical Lab Technician
Job Overview
- Specialty: Laboratory
- Location: Helena, Montana
- Shift: Rotating; mainly 8-hour evenings, with occasional 10-hour shifts and occasional day or night shifts
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Medical Lab Technician license in Montana
- Medical Lab Technician (2 years of experience)
- Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
- ASCP or AMT
- Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) experience
- Experience with Siemens Aptio Line
- Experience with Siemens Atellicas
- Experience with Sysmex XN9000
- Experience with Sysmex UN3000 or Iris
- Experience with Gels for Blood Bank
- Experience with Micro setups
Key Responsibilities
- Work in Blood Bank, Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Gram Stains
- Perform Blood Bank and micro set-ups
Experience / Technical Familiarity
- Experience with Siemens Aptio Line
- Experience with Siemens Atellicas
- Experience with Sysmex XN9000
- Experience with Sysmex UN3000 or Iris
- Experience with gels for Blood Bank
Additional Notes
- No floating outside of the lab
- RTO or schedule requests must be included at submission; they will not be approved after submission
- A 200-mile radius rule applies
