Med Surg Surgical Nights

Job Overview

Location: Carbondale, Illinois
Employment type: Contract

Role Summary

Primarily surgical department with some medical overlap due to bed availability.
35 private patient rooms.
Shift supervisor on the unit.
Night shift staffing ratio is 1:5-6.
Patient care techs are on the department for each shift.
Agency is generally scheduled for every other weekend.
Holiday requests may be discussed with the manager.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
