PT Home Health

Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Dover, Delaware
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting: Home health with home visits and periodic office meetings
Territory: Kent County; travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Responsibilities

Provide home health physical therapy services
Manage start-of-care and follow-up visits
Maintain productivity expectations of 30 points per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Delaware
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Schedule Notes

No weekend rotation
No on-call requirement
Locals are accepted

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are not accepted
Pending license is not accepted unless the license will be obtained within a few days
HCHB experience is used in this role
