Job Overview
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
- Location: Dover, Delaware
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Home health with home visits and periodic office meetings
- Territory: Kent County; travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services
- Manage start-of-care and follow-up visits
- Maintain productivity expectations of 30 points per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Delaware
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Schedule Notes
- No weekend rotation
- No on-call requirement
- Locals are accepted
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Pending license is not accepted unless the license will be obtained within a few days
- HCHB experience is used in this role
