• 4 days per week
• 8 or 9 hours per day

Setting

• 90% outpatient
• 10% inpatient
• Long-term care or hospital experience is required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical condition, symptoms, medical history, and referrals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Use hands-on therapy techniques such as massage
• Maintain detailed patient records
• Report patient progress and status to appropriate parties
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
• Support teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Participate in in-services, continuing education, and staff meetings
