Pediatric Transport RN
Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse

- Schedule: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Call: Not required
Role Summary
- Pediatric/neonatal critical care transport RN supporting ground transportation needs in the Seattle area.
- Works with the transportation team and an advanced practice provider to transport infants and pediatric patients from surrounding hospitals, ERs, and L&D/NICU to a higher level of care.
- May float to bedside nursing in NICU, PICU, or pediatric units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- 1 year of Critical Care Float experience
- Ground transportation experience
- Transport experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge nurse experience
Additional Notes
- Candidates from other Providence facilities may be eligible for a travel contract if separated for at least 3 months.
- Active compact license is honored for Swedish facilities.
