Job Description
- Home Health Physical Therapist role
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (08:00 - 17:00)
- Service area covers multiple zip codes within Washington DC; may be asked to float to cover other zip codes as needed
- Use of personal vehicle required; must have reliable transportation with all licensure and insurance in good standing
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients
Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications:
- MD license required
- BLS certification required
- Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
- Travel Experience:
- First-time travelers accepted (no prior travel experience required) but must have OASIS experience
Additional Information
- Contractors are assigned to groups of zip codes based on staffing needs
- Mileage reimbursement applies from first to last patient of the day
