Description
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Overview
- Location: Spokane, Washington
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Unit details: May float between units
- Schedule: Block schedule required
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- On-call: Required when low censused
- Patient ratios: 1:1–2 in labor; 1:3–4 postpartum couplets
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience

- First-time travelers are accepted
- 48 hours are not approved
- Scrubs may be any color
- Surgical services/SPT scrubs are provided
- Epic charting is used
- Parking is free
