Dietitian

Job Overview

Specialty: Dietary Services
Location: Marion, Indiana
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Start: When available
Role focus: Works with both inpatient and outpatient clinic needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Indiana
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year

Required Health / Compliance Items

Criminal background check completed within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check, annually
HHS/OIG check, annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Respirator fit test within 3 months of start, then annually
Tdap vaccine or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B titer or declination
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
