Home Health Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Le Mars, Iowa
Employment type: Contract
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with one-in-four call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
Hours per week: 32–40
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Provide home health nursing care for patients in their homes within Plymouth County, Iowa

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Home Health (2 years of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments
2 years of experience with care planning for in-home patients

Additional Information

Experience with Epic is a plus
