PT Home Health

Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Kennewick, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Role Details

Home health visits with periodic office meetings
Average patient load: 5–6 patients per day
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
Territory coverage may require travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are not accepted
Local candidates are accepted
Weekend and on-call expectations vary by location and should be discussed during the interview
Home health experience is required; hospice is not listed as a requirement
