Description
Labor & Delivery RN
Overview
- Travel assignment in Statesboro, Georgia
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 6:45a–7:15p
- Weekend and call coverage required
- Floating required between departments in the Women’s Pavilion
- Auto offers only; no interviews
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 2 or more completed travel assignments
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
Schedule Details
- 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 6 weeks, with one call shift on a weekend
- Block scheduling may be accommodated if weekend requirements are met
Clinical Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist laboring patients
- Communicate with providers
- Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections
- Triage patients at 20 weeks and up
- Support newborn resuscitation during deliveries
- Recover vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Provide care for antepartum patients requiring Labor & Delivery care

- Unit has 13 beds: 8 LDRs and 5 triage beds
