Required Qualifications

First Assist Technician (2 years of experience)
First Assist Technician experience within the last year
BLS
OR First Assist Certification
CSTFA or CFA or RNFA

Role Highlights

Assists the surgeon in orthopedic trauma, orthopedics, spine, neuro, GYN, general, robotics, vascular, and other surgical procedures
Flexible scheduling with call required

Unit Details

29 beds
1:1 patient ratio
Unit secretaries and tech support available
Normal OR equipment, including 5 DaVinci robots, Mako, and Velys robots
Cerner documentation system

Procedures Performed

Ortho trauma, neuro, ortho, spine, GYN, urology, general, robotics, vascular, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, podiatry, OMF, dental, and eye trauma
