Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in New Mexico
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP

Experience

Newly hired nurses with 2 or fewer years of RN experience are hired at CN I status
Higher clinical ladder levels may be considered based on relevant experience, national professional nursing certification, and additional nursing education

Role Summary

Coordinates and implements patient care for the assigned unit
Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments
Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care
Provides patient and family education and discharge planning
Performs point-of-care testing
