Location

Required Qualifications
- BLS
- First Assist certification
- CST or Certified Surgical Assistant
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- CVOR Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CVOR First Assist experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience
Key Role Details
- Primary surgical assistant for cardiovascular surgery
- Must be able to cannulate when going on bypass and coming off bypass
- May need to pass cannulation suture
- Must be able to suture as directed by surgeons
- Strong cardiac skills required
- May float to Main OR
- Average of 85 surgeries per month
Additional Notes
- Hospital-issued scrubs
- Candidates who were surgeons or physicians in another country will not be accepted
- Required licenses and certifications must be attached with submission or the candidate will be rejected
