CVOR Tech

Job Overview

  • Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Specialty: Surgical Services
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day or evening, 5x8 hours
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Setting: Acute care teaching hospital with Level 3 trauma designation
  • Staffed beds: 317

Schedule and Work Expectations

  • Start times include 6:30, 9:00, 11:00, and 14:45
  • Weekend coverage is only as needed
  • On-call is required as needed
  • Floating within scope is required as needed
  • First-time travelers are not accepted
  • Local candidates are not accepted within a 100-mile radius
  • Block scheduling is not available
  • Requested time off should ideally be no more than 5 days

Required Qualifications

  • CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
  • CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • NBSTSA certification
  • Pending state license is accepted
