Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Overview
- Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Patient ratio: 1:1–2

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Regional Perinatal Center experience
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- Antepartum experience
- Post Partum experience
Schedule Requirements
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays required as needed
- Time off requests must be submitted with the application and approved before offer
Unit Details
- High-acuity, diverse Labor & Delivery unit
- Floating may include MotherBaby and Antepartum, which share a floor
