Oncology Clinic RN

Job Overview

  • Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
  • Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Weekend/holiday requirement: No weekends or holidays
  • Floating: May float among clinics
  • First-time travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New Jersey
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 1 year of oncology experience in an outpatient setting within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ambulatory care experience

Work Environment

  • Oncology clinic setting
  • Nurses are partnered with a specific tumor group that sees patients on designated days
  • Business casual attire; scrubs are acceptable

Additional Notes

  • EPIC is used for charting
  • Candidates must complete required pre-start screenings and documentation before assignment start
